AIRankWPPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to your information when you use airankwp.com and the AIRankWP plugin. It is written in plain language. It is a draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
This website
- No tracking scripts. The site does not set cookies of its own and does not run analytics or advertising scripts.
- Free audit tool. The text you paste into the free audit is processed in your browser. It is not uploaded to us or stored.
- Fonts. Pages load the Syne typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's font servers when you open a page. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosts, Cloudflare processes request data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and keep it secure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The AIRankWP plugin
Scoring and the rewrite run on your own WordPress server. The plugin does not send your content to us or to any AI service, and it needs no API key. Settings and scores are stored in your own WordPress database. If you delete the plugin, that data is removed only if you ticked the option in Settings.
The audit MCP connector
If you add the optional audit connector (airankwp.com/mcp) to an AI assistant, the text you ask it to audit is sent to that endpoint and processed in memory to return a score. We do not store it. Your assistant's own provider handles the rest of your conversation under its own policy.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it to answer you and keep it only as long as needed for support and records. We do not sell it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Email us and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top.
